What We Love. The Winery

What We Love Pouch Robb and I seem to find the most interesting wineries on our wine adventures. Our most recent discovery was What We Love. The Winery and its owner Michael Hasler in Boulder Colorado.

Michael has been making wine for over 29 years and his passion is evident in every drop! What a treat when we stopped in to taste his selection of wines. He started with a few traditional wines and blends, and then he took us along for a fun ride! He offered us his Decadent Saint Mulled Wine and Red Sangria. I love traditional wines, so I hesitated at the two new offerings. Wow is all I can say!

The Red Sangria is fruity and wonderful chilled or served with a little Prosecco, but the real story was the Mulled Wine. We tasted it 5 different ways; straight, over ice, over ice with a shot of cream, hot, and hot with a shot of cream….. stunningly delicious, a 93 out of 100! I personally love the Mulled Wine over ice with a shot of cream, Michael calls this his “Decadent White Russian”! Dilution is a must as the Sangria and Mulled Wine come in at 20.5%

Go and treat yourself with a visit to their tasting room at 1501 Lee Hill Road, Unit 14, Boulder, CO. Tell them Lynn sent you for a free tasting! replica fake replica
